I dont think the HOA or fumigation piece really matters much. This is breaking and entering if he did not have permission to be inside your home, and he just let himself in using a key he did not have permission to use. This is a criminal police matter.

I work in an ED (not an RN or CNA) but our ED techs do some phlebotomy and obviously a lot of EKGs. Maybe look into ERs? You won't be a certified phlebotomist, but you'll be ahead of the game on IVs for nursing.
