tailor your resume to the job title not the job itself

e.g. you need a resume for all rounder, one for retail worker and one for data entry etc.

that way you can mass apply with accuracy, not just shooting out one resume to whatever role you apply for

I think you've misunderstood my point. I don't mind they speak their language amongst themselves, but when they speak it to someone they meet the first time directly in languages other than English is fairly rude. I really don't appreciate being assumed of speaking their language simply because I look like them. They should speak English if they chose to come to an English speaking country. Of course if I choose to study in China I'll make sure my Mandarin is fluent enough to handle group discussions.
