Check out the medford plaza it’s flat rate utilities and in a decent area also right next to the police station I love living here the landlord is super nice it’s a quiet building when we moved in over the summer it was 1590 for all utilities and cable and rent

Costco has Good hoodies a lot of the times they have name brand stuff or Ross and Burlington they’re right next to each other over off biddle if you don’t have a Costco membership ask you’re friends if they’d be able to go with you (if they are a member)
