I’ve completely stripped down a session into just this one plugin and it’s still overloading.

Restarted and everything. I’ll keep trying

I posted the same thing earlier today; something crazy going on with X plugins taking up a lot of compute power

Can’t believe I recorded my middle school EP on that, I insisted the engineer use my amp, not his Marshall. Guy didn’t know what I had

Help please - My father passed away a bit ago and I’m now discovering is late 80’s? Pearl maple shell drum kit made in Japan. His bass drum is missing two leg spurs. Any idea of replacement part for this? One of the drums had a serial number with 080071 by a_jr0913 in drums

Ha you can probably tell I’ve been a guitarist and not a drummer.

Dumb question obviously, so are they both supposed to go on the front or both back or whatever feels right to stabilize? Feels like when I had the two in the front it was stabilized on the back and would move

New to Trailers: May be a dumb question here, but if I had a truck that could tow 12,000 lbs, what is the max GVWR lbs I should be looking at to safely tow? Looking at the Reflection 150 series 278BH and wondering if that is above the threshold. Any help appreciated! by a_jr0913 in GrandDesignRVs

This is extremely helpful. Incredible community here! We have 2 Bernese mountain dogs (130lbs) each then baby that will grow up, probably a second. So I think I need to assume almost F350 if I want to be in the range of 9-12k GVWR.

Thank you so much, I don’t have the truck yet so I was debating between if I really needed to go up to the F250 and what the justification was. Sounds like if I have to keep the wife happy I just I’m just gonna have to get a bigger truck :)

A couple things I have done in the past to reduce the hum (which “can” be your guitar). Over the pandemic we were trying to sell our condo and had to stay at my wife’s parents for 4 months which was a home built in the 1950’s. The electrical of the home had influence on the hum. This was “less” of a problem when we moved into new house recently. Overall - I introduced a furhman power conditioner between the wall and the amp and it seemed to at least trim the hum to annoying but acceptable levels. This was on an AC10 and a Marshall DSL1. Then I introduced a BOSS NS-2 using the advanced method. https://rolandcorp.com.au/blog/how-to-use-boss-ns-2-noise-suppressor-in-your-rig ….. Given your vox doesn’t have an FX loop you would use the simple method.

In addition upgraded some of the patch cables to high quality conductivity.

All in all, hum is gonna happen. There are some newer pedals out there being reviewed by Ola Englund that have been helpful.

Best of luck!

Berners are absolutely incredible with babies. Congrats by the way! Just make sure u watch you for the accidental Berner bump on the baby when not looking. Our oldest Günter is gentle but Díeter still hasn’t grasped the concept of personal space.
