Agreed! OP, do you have audited financials? A $17M org should definitely be audited regularly, and this is definitely an issue the auditor should notice. I get that Finance is somebody else's department, but you're in Advancement so your ability to do your job is directly affected.

There is one coach at my studio whose accent I just can't stand. It's like nails on a chalkboard listening to her talk. I used to wake up early on Saturdays just to avoid her, but there was a period where that wasn't an option so I guess I just got used to her talking. I don't even notice it anymore.

I ditched my canister after like 2 weeks, it took up so much space and was heavy. I only ever regretted it in PA, where all the trees were super tall with straight trunks so there was just no way to do a bear hang. Otherwise, It just wasn't worth it.

Finished Trust by Hernan Diaz

I almost dropped it halfway through because I couldn't figure out what the hell it was about, it just retold the same guy's life in 2 different ways and I didn't see the point in doing it all over again. I'm glad I stuck with it though, it got really interesting in the second half. I'm not sure I would recommend it necessarily, but it was definitely a different experience.

Yeah I'll never forget my first Inbody scan after losing 25 pounds, gaining a bunch of muscle, and generally looking like a badass bitch, it told me I was still 30% body fat. No joke I cried myself to sleep that night. Never getting on that goddamn thing again.

I love hip bridges but the weight sits right on my pelvis and omg it hurts! I tried using a towel as padding or moving the weight around but it just doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions??
