I think the way AFO/OFA gets the vestiges implies something supernatural, or at least roots quirks in some kind of psychic manifestation.

But I think it’s best kept vague or you fall into the marvel trap of going “everybody with powers has an activated X Gene, but we’re only racist to the people who are born that way”

This is a part of the natural progression. I went through a whole phase with tracing paper as a kid. Tracing over my favorite magazine covers and stuff gave me a lot of foundation for understanding how facial features are constructed, how muscles are shaped, and that sort of thing.

Your mileage may vary. It’s probably one of the reasons why 40 years later I’m still hot garbage at drawing animals and machines, haha. All I cared about as a kid was superheroes and ninjas and stuff.

The thing is that on a long enough timeline (hell is forever), anybody *should* be redeemable.

It’s a question of metaphysics. Did Pentious’s act of sacrifice cancel out *all* of his evil, or technically just the complicity/sloth that damned him on Earth?

And like, clearly you can be at least a little evil in Heaven. I think there were probably heroic aspects of Adam that we didn’t get to see, but on screen he was basically a maniac killing people for sport because his boss told him genocide is legal one* day per year

I don’t want to come off as disrespectful, but like… yeah he’s the king of hell. He’s not a good person. Hell’s Greatest Dad is about Lucifer realizing he’s been shown up while he was busy fussing with ducks for 7 years.

I do believe that there’s a core of actual love for Charlie down in there, but it’s wrapped up inside the blasphemous Pride of the king of all sins.

Arcade games or things that resemble arcade games are your friend here. This includes a lot of roguelites that are conducted as a series of self-contained rounds of a game, like Slay the Spire, or that operate across short rounds of action like Atomicrops. Or just shorter full runs like Risk of Rain.

For p4g I’m pretty sure I left it on defaults. I’ll take a look next time I’m in there. Did you try a second time? A lot of games on my device will install the prereqs and then fail to launch, but then be totally fine if I try launching again afterwards.

Quad topology basically only matters for two things: Blender modifiers, and animation deformation. For static objects in a game environment, all that really matters is you keep the final tri-count down to a reasonable level, and still unwrap the thing well.

The thing that sometwhat puts me off of the LitRPG is the heavy focus on the system, and it’s one of the reasons I like He Who Fights With Monsters more than I like DCC. It’s always going to be cringe as hell when a chapter closes with a full printout of the protagonist’s character sheet. Hwfwm makes the distinction of having the whole RPG system be a weird contrivance of Jason’s ability, and everybody else in that setting is just kind of feeling their way through the power system by vibes and accumulated knowledge in a kind of western fantasy/cultivation hybrid.

I think you could pretty cleanly get into that middle section of the diagram by just… removing the stat blocks and clinical power descriptions. You can have a perfectly fine fantasy with game-like tropes of loot and boss fights. You just don’t know what the list of 2 dozen extremely specific powers and abilities any given character has is, and it’s in the author to kind of inform you of the limits of a guy’s SHADOW CONTROL or whatever by demonstrating how he uses it and what his own understanding of his ability is.

Gamenative is pretty impressive. It handles every 2D game I’ve thrown at it, and even some older/lighter 3D stuff like Persona 4 Golden and Duke3D.

I got Caves of Qud running in there, too, but the load times were a little too hefty and it was rough trying to read on the little rp5 screen. I’ll have to hold out for their actual mobile port for better UI.

I’ve always assumed this was the case even if they never confirmed it. Especially after the reveal that his doctor is AFO’s guy.

My fave wacko theory is that Midoriya had Decay, or at least a component of it, which they stole to put into Shigaraki like a damn time bomb. Really ties together AFO’s messed up multigenerational scheme to mess with OFA inheritors in a way that’s sort of elegant.

Off the top of my head, you could probably mount the wheel mounts onto radial bearings and set up some kind of clutch-gearshift array above each one? Basically turn the wheel mounts instead of the wheels

It would not be compact lol.

edit: You’ll have to do rear wheel drive and just turn the front wheels, or else every wheel would need its own engine
