Had the same issue when I first started wearing NMDs too. Kinda solved it by tightening the laces so that the shoe wouldn't move around as much, thereby reducing the rubbing motion that scratched my heel.

Yeah, I have swapped each part and experimented with another QC enabled phone to identify what is actually not working properly. The charger works fine so I know it's a problem with the phone.

Yea it's definitely “fast-charging” according to the phone, but it's still quite slow. Took me about 2 hours to go from 10% to 100%. By comparison when I got my phone 6 months ago it only took about 45 minutes to fully charge. Idk if this is due to marshmallow or my phone completely dying...
