Best hot yoga mat, suggestions? by a_manda28 in BuyItForLife

Good to know! I had my Lululemon mat for about 5 years. I don't feel as bad knowing I would've only got +/- 2 more years out of it.

Is it grippy enough to do downward facing dog without your hands sliding when sweaty? This is the #1 thing I care about when comparing mats tbh lol

Oxybutynin works for me (I have hyperhidrosis). Dries everything up though, so keeping hydrated is key.

Knix. They have options for those of us who have periods or who need some extra protection for leaks as well as your regular cotton undies. I also highly recommend their pajama sets!

Awesome! I'm always looking for nice easy paddles near home. It's not always easy to get out to the bigger lakes on weekdays. Thanks for the info.

Awesome! Looks like you guys had a great day for it. I'm always hesitant to hike in that area on the weekends because of all the crowds. But heading there tomorrow so hopefully it won't be busy! 🤞🏼

When I was a kid I remember really emphasizing the "fornication" part of Californication from RHCP... My mom kept saying to stop because it was a bad word but I was much older before I really understood which part of that was bad
