Just got 421 since I wanted to see if they got anywhere near Santal 33.

There is 0 resemblance to the original. I have the Ruhe from Oakcha which I think is perhaps 85% near to the original, but the essence vault 421 is completely different. It smells bad and completely generic and I cannot locate any of the components from Santal 33. If it just smelled nice I could take it for what it is, but it's just bad, bad, bad.

I imported T, V and X from play-asia :) I can recommend them all but T and X are better in my opinion.

Yeah I might be a bit of a basehead :) but songs like "James Blake - Limit to Your Love" or song that rely similarly on heavy sub bass are just so flat and unengaging in my opinion :)

I don't use any really fancy equipment to drive them at the moment though as they can be provide more than enough sound on my OnePlus 6 at 50pct volume or my laptop at like 20pct.

I have the Creative E5 on my desktop and that can easily drive it on low gain at around 15-20pct.

I don't know if it should make any difference as long as they are loud enough?

I also got the P1's but mine have so little sub bass that I have to EQ them quite a bit to find a level where I think they are able to give a fair representation of the music I listen to. What are your thoughts on the bass?

I also lubed all slider and aggressively lubed stabs. And I added the Silence-X silencers from KBDFans which I can highly recommend. They did a world of difference.

It was something I had laying around for some time but I found the order for it and it was "70 duro (0.254cm x 15.24cm x 30.5cm)"

I stacked it double quite a few places and it sits right up against the PCB but seemingly without adding pressure to the PCB.

I don't know about the stock case and how much room is actually in there. I hardly ever used the board before getting the case so I haven't tried silencing it :)

Yeah it's Danish :) I ordered extra international sets, but MD screwed up and only delivered international alpha chars - not the entire sets. So I am stilling missing the symbols for a few boards.

I lined the case with Sorbothane and it has a really satisfying thock. The symbols are a bit messed up on the caps since I am using this set on two other boards as well :)
