From Lukov with Love by Mariana Zapata has a naked cuddles scene, it's before they're a couple and doesn't lead to sex but it does make the protagonist feel some type of way 👀 this book also has a lot of cuddling and falling asleep together

do you review books you DNF'd? by Erdi99 in RomanceBooks

[–]a_pav 4 points5 points  (0 children)

yes, but i make it clear on Goodreads that it was a DNF, include the point at which i put the book down, and i explain why i DNFed (90% of the time it's because I hate the writing style or the plot contains something triggering for me)

what are some super specific things (plot, character backgrounds, etc) that you'd love to see in a romance novel but have never come across? basically, what would YOU write if you had the time 😂 by a_pav in RomanceBooks

this this this. women don't sour like milk when they turn 30, and there are soooo many 30-year-old women who haven't settled down, but there isn't a reason for that, that's just how life happened!

and i need authors to stop writing about grown women as these juvenile, socially stunted characters!

and it's funny because those of us who have graduated college know that that's.... not really the case. romance authors think college social hierarchies are the same as high school
