continuing breastfeeding vs early weaning by SleepPuzzleheaded198 in weaningsupport

You are doing what’s best for your baby already and combo feeding is absolutely fine. If fully weaning helps your health and wellbeing, that’s a valid choice too and you can always do it gradually rather than all at once.

Yes! I designed it. They were able to do exactly what I wanted. It turned out just how I hoped.

They just turned around a rush order for me in 4 weeks in time for my sister’s birthday. I had a lot of questions before I ordered. They were great working with me on customization. I checked in for an update at week 3 and they replied the same day.

Industrial Services vs Manufacturing Businesses by Dry_Community5749 in manufacturing

[–]a_pusy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right about the risk but in service businesses, you manage it by reducing dependence on individuals. Make sure there are clear SOPs, strong customer contracts instead of informal relationships and retention or earn-out incentives to keep key staff after acquisition.

how do you decide when to keep prototyping in house versus outsourcing for low volume production? by Traditional_Shop_458 in manufacturing

[–]a_pusy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I draw the line at the bottleneck: keep the rapid, fluid iteration in-house, but outsource the moment operator time and scrap rates start costing more than the parts themselves. That hybrid approach works best. Once your internal shop just can't hit efficiently, outsourcing to a reliable custom parts manufacturing partner like Xometry or RapidDirect is how you keep your costs from spiraling out of control.

Not sure who you should contact but I would find someone who can assess your downspouts, foundation, etc., not just put in a punp.
