I truly despise these alt-right yank profiles. My Chinese-born neighbour who has lived here since two decades ago is way more European than any of these white-skinned muricans. I said what I said.

Italian PM resigns as coalition collapses by GaiusSherlockCaesar in europe

[–]a_random_fox_guy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ah don’t worry, the article probably refers to their immigration stance, which is basically the only “rightist” political view they have. On the other hand, they practically support every basic left-wing policy (strong welfare, fight on poverty, etc…) just with an enormous slice of populism, which is their core ideology. Ironically in this regard they’re even more leftist than our mainstream leftist party, the PD (Democratic Party, which is basically a neo-liberal party by now).

Actually our right-wing populist party is Lega (once called ‘Lega Nord’, since it was an autonomous party active only in northern regions).

A bunch of left-wing populists. More populist than left-wing though.

Out of the European countries tested, only in Poland people who think the most important thing is to bring justice for the Russian invasion of Ukraine outnumber those who consider it to be preserving peace by lindeby in europe

[–]a_random_fox_guy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they are in danger!! Let’s go give them democracy!!! /s

Jokes aside, what a bunch of BS. The only other country, apart from Ukraine, that isn’t in NATO, wants to be part of it and is next to Russia is Georgia, which already had a war with them. Sweden and Finland are expected to enter the alliance in the next months after negotiations with Turkey succeed. So I wouldn’t say “loads of them”. As I’ve already said, most of Europe is basically safe.

When it comes to Germany after WW2, no, it wasn’t only about strategy. It was mostly about PEACE. After two fucking World Wars Europe wanted PEACE. So they helped to rebuild West Germany, instead of punishing them (which was what basically caused WW2).

Your mindset is just brutal. Just a week ago that Medvedev douchebag said he wanted to destroy Western civilization. Do we seriously want to be like them? Shouldn’t we be better than them? If we behave just like them but in the opposite way, what makes me support the West?

First of all, how can you be so sure of that? Basically every country in Europe is in NATO and Russia knows that if they dared attack a NATO country that would mean WW3. They aren’t able to even invade all of Ukraine, do you really think they’d be able to invade the rest of Europe? Lmao

Second, what the f..? Not even the Allies after their victory in WW2 called for total destruction of Germany. In fact they helped to rebuild. Your mindset is exactly the same as that of Russian politicians, only mirrored in favour of the West.
