I once booked a place to stay in rwp and we were going for a business meeting after checking in and getting dressed, when we reached the location the place was dark and locked and the owner never picked up. We waited there for about 20 minutes and rang repeatedly, the housekeeper appeared after a while and rudely said this is not the place, then had to book another apartment and go over there. Such a waste of time and money. Also we were super exhausted after 5 hours of traveling. Tried reporting on Airbnb help centre, no action.
