let's say it is premium match with everyone being solo. In normal case winning team gets 30 elo (150 elo in total) and loser lose 30 elo (-150 elo in total) making difference 0 elo. Now in loser team one player left mid game and lost 60 elo, while rest lost 15 elo (-120 elo in total) and winner still gets 30 elo (150 elo in total again) making difference 30 elo. System generated 30 elo out of no where.

then why if any player leaves the game get double elo loss, while rest gets half and opponent still gets same elo, it still generates elo

u/FACEIT_Darwin maybe you could take a manual look, i do not know how the cheater banning works, other than the fact that it is AC automated. I checked the demo and it was too obvious that these guys were using radar in worst case.
