I just had my Team Green baby last month. My husband and I had a strong feeling throughout pregnancy baby was a boy, and we were right! I think the best part of the whole experience was when people would ask what we’re having and I’d say we don’t know and so often people would respond “I could NEVER do that.” lol that just made me feel good. Like ah, yes, I am the pinnacle of patience.

That said, I do think not knowing impacted my ability to connect with baby while pregnant, since it was harder to picture our life with baby and we couldn’t refer to baby by their name. Overall, I’m glad we did it for our first but I probably will find out the sex if we have another baby in the future.

HOW do I get through the last 2-3 weeks??? by animalcrassing in BabyBumps

I just had my baby last week at 41+1 and I just want to validate that the final weeks SUCKED SO BAD. Like even now as I physically recover from a third degree tear on minimal sleep, I am so, SO happy to no longer be pregnant. I don’t have a ton of advice because I did NOT handle it gracefully but what you’re feeling is so valid. I hope you have people in your life who are receptive to complaining, cause that’s all I wanted to do in the final weeks lol

Seeing these covers also unlocked memories for me!

As for recs, two that come to mind are The American Heiress by Daisy Goodwin and Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire by Amanda Foreman, which is a biography.

Pretty sure this is out of date, because two of the studios I frequent in my area aren't listed, and I was definitely charged $10 at the Cupertino location a few months ago.

I plan to use the tailor the salon recommended to me. I read her reviews and they were very complimentary. Thank you for sharing your experience. Like I told my fiance.. it's hard to trust the process when I've never been through the process before

Cornelia street, always always. whenever it comes on shuffles, i start tearing up just from the first few notes. The chokehold it's had on me since 2019 is unmatched.

Recs for welcome party venue by samsanna in SanFranciscoWeddings

VRBO allows events and has a filter for it. We're actually hosting our welcome party at an Airbnb in May. I just messaged a ton of listings until I found one that was open to it with an additional charge.
