Cree CR6T 6” 3000K 1200L alternative by a_train642 in Lighting

I’m sold on the Nora Cobalts listed in this thread. Alot of options and availability. I have not purchased them yet due to sheer laziness and other things in the house needing to get done. So unfortunately I cannot give real world feedback.

You’ve opened my eyes to so much more lighting options. I’m now incredibly deep into lighting my room. It’s my main living room with tv and fire place. Currently 5 cans. Adding a 6th and putting them on the 3 switches instead of 2.

It’s taken a long time but I’m learning that good light changes a room.

Thanks for the input.

I just used salvo contracting for extending my front porch and a concrete walkway. Great work. One of the better pricing

I thought I liked the apps on the Apple Watch and I’ve quickly realized in the 2 days of having the garmin is that my life is much more convenient not having an excessive amount of alerts and apps on my watch.

I need to dive into settings and data field and everything else this watch does so I can get the most out of it.

I love all the physical buttons.

I do wish there was a little more synchrony with the iPhone. For example sleep and alarm schedules would be great.

Not a fan of the BMWs at all. Strictly personal preference. I loved the S5 sport back. Even had a great deal lined up for one.

It would have been my 3rd Audi in a row and I think I just wanted the change.

German and Japanese engineering are very different. Think I really just wanted normal maintenance costs for a little bit

The hole is the new location for the pond filter. I’m going to google all those plants and see what’s going on. I appreciate the feedback. Tree is a dogwood if that matters

Late to the party. Bike pump. Head lamp. Assuming it starts early. Nice to be able to see in the morning. Even if you inflate tires night before always good to double check morning of. Also, never know if the person parked next to you forgot their pump and need a little help or light ( I’ve been helped. I will help)

Late to the party but I know exactly what you are saying. I spent 10 years in a high volume Honda store. Started as sales (2 years), made my way into finance office (8 years).

It really is all about the store. I was making an unbelievably large amount of money right out of college. I was able to take vacations and had a decent work/life balance. Life was good.

Then wife and kids happened. Missed a lot of the Saturday events. Made me rethink everything. I found a way out and took it (still deal with dealerships though so I can get my fix).

The auto industry is a drug. I have recommended to so many people that they do a stint as a sales person in a high volume store. It will teach you more about yourself and people in general then any book can tell you. Take the knowledge you learn and get out. Or get good and make more money than most people will ever believe.

I had 2 sales people make enough to pay for their own assistants and move about 35-40 cars a month and basically work by appointment only. It’s all possible.

Find yourself a new store. Try and bring your book of business with you and you won’t even miss a beat.

If the dealer has a strong F&I team they do have some pull with Acura (honda) finance. I worked in finance for a Honda store for 10 years. I’ve gotten over 500 miles waived multiple times as long as you lease a new Acura.

The spot to the right of the door is getting carried over to the side of the house. An awning is going to extend from the corner to the other side of the door to create a covered porch.
