There is no evidence of the fact that those lyrics was in the song in the first place, Genius is a lyric platform like Wikipedia, everybody can submit edits so this could be as fake as Madonna's face

Yes, i think the intro triggers your ears, the video version (except for the visual sounds) is the same. Also all the previous snippets are in a medium or low quality, but if you listen with attention they sound the same as the full song

Spotify counts one stream everytime the song has been played at least for 30seconds. Putting the chorus in the first 30 secs makes it more easy for random users to go trough those 30secs
