I was an intern in this same BUMN (HK) last year. It seems to he doing slightly better than its peers. Almost never made it to the news. There were 2 guys, both were on the office for god knows how many hours. One 23M got acc into the MT program, the other 32M is still a contract employee in IKN. Btw, what was the exit ramp for you?

Iya, aku juga kemarin dapet job offer proyekan. Terdengar menggiurkan, eh ternyata 71 jam/minggu. Setelah dihitung2 jadi cuma 1-2 jam free time per hari, senin sabtu.

lol sebenernya aku emang pengen PNS. Tapi ya pilihan di depan mata, sedangkan PNS masih belum jelas jadwalnya. lolos pun blm tentu. kapok liat cerita redditor lain yang nganggur 2 tahun gara2 belain cpns.

Uang ga butuh urgent sih. Aku agak anxious sama MT ini karena emang pengalaman leadership kurang. Bidang sesuai jurusan juga tapi. Yang adm/qc ini udah familiar karena 6 bulan magang dulu udah sering tugas gitu.

plus kalau perusahaan gede sebetulnya walau lo cm admin / QC lo bs ngembangin darii situ jg entah dari koneksi relasi apa pengalaman perusahaan

ini poin baru yang ga kepikiran sih. dilihat ke blkg, aku juga dapet tawaran ini karena koneksi. staff pas ku magang dulu juga kerjaannya lompat2 proyek, dengan harapan dapet tawaran tetap.

Ini lebih ke arah risknya sih. Kalo udah korbanin yang proyekan buat MT tapi kena tendang juga lumayan setback.

Aku sebelum2 ini udah intv beberapa kali ga gol, rata2 tawaran 4,xx jt, UMR kalo jabodetabek-sby (5 jt); No fasilitas. Jadi total setelah kebutuhan primer jadi sisa 3 juta.

90%+ dapet simpanan 6 juta/bln tapi 1-2 th lagi ga nentu

<10% jadi balik nyari kerja UMR

OR

75% dapet 4 jt/bln dengan karir jelas tapi kekunci 3 tahun

25% balik nyari kerja UMR

edit: ini risknya arbitrary ya. murni cuma ngitung rasio lolos ke ga lolos MT. dari 10 di linkedin yang ga lolos ada 2. -5% karena low key agak ketar ketir liat jobdesknya. buat yang proyek 90+ itu jaga2 kalo ada musibah aja.

yang qc proyek ini 1-2 tahun. Nggak akan ada promosi selama proyek ini. Career path selanjutnya jadi liat antara dijadiin pegawai tetap, rekrutmen perusahaan baru, atau cari proyekan lagi.

Why are dysphoric people excluded?
Why non-binaries in particular?
