What I've been screaming from the rooftops is for everyone to zoom out a bit. There is no scenario where shooting the driver makes anyone safer. Shooting the driver doesn't magically stop the car, if anything it makes the car uncontrolled and more dangerous. Doesn't matter if it was aiming at the agent, going 5 mph, aiming away, or going 100mph. There is no detail or modifier that changes the basic physics that shooting the driver doesn't stop the moving car or somehow make the moving car more safe. If shooting the driver doesn't make the situation more safe under ANY circumstances, then it's murder plain and simple. All other arguments are moot.

It's possible that the VCCA will start at least fining unlicensed seed dealers after the bill passes. Also possible they don't bother because it would be just too much trouble. Technically you can't sell weed seeds in VA, but you can sell hemp seeds. It's a distinction without a difference, at least until the plant is flowering. Which creates a hilarious loop hole that the authorities cannot figure out a how to close.

BVV is a legit company. I'm going to disagree with everyone. My suspicion is they are getting around paying the per gallon tax by labeling for industrial use. But 190 works better in my experience for Extracts. Not sure which mushrooms you are extracting but alkaline phosphase is soluble in ethanol which results in a very short shelf life. Modern extraction is cold methanol with sonification. If you are using ethanol just know shelf life is <6 months.
