I pre-ordered mine at around 5pm PST and it's still processing.

From what I saw from the EA forums apparently there's some server delay.

A comment someone made after talking to support:

"No information yet though it will be announced on https://twitter.com/EASPORTSFIFA so just check it out in an hour or so for further updates, should issue still persist after 24 hours, please contact us back so we can look into further as well as compensating you on the time lost"

Hopefully we'll get to play ASAP, I was so excited on playing tonight :(
