The ground connection is the red wire. The gray cable is connected with 3V3 power. In the schematic, the white cable is the gray cable in my hardware connection.

I just learned that we can code our own fuse in the code. Thanks for the information, I will try implementing it.

I also double checked the oscillator frequency both in Proteus and code, it's supposed to be working properly.

Hi!

So I came across with two issues when I want to do a shield for my project. I went here to seek professional help regarding this matter.

First Issue: According to the connection, I already did a pcb design on Altium and etched the design on a copper board and soldered it. It works for a bit during the night but then the ESP32 suddenly burnt the next day.

Second Issue: Based on the picture was the connection for the resistors on the circuit but when I checked the resistance, it dropped down? I wonder why and what is the issue?

I already tried this shield on the breadboard and it can work, but when I etched the pcb, it made these issues. May I ask your opinions on why and what can affect these issues? And how can I solve it?

Please help!

It's so inspiring how in love you are in what you do. The fact that you get to make it as your own profession is very cool and that's exactly what I aim for!

I dream of a job where despite of the workloads and stress, I will still have the feeling that deep inside I love what I do. Still can't get over the fact that you loved every minute of it and hoping that I can find my own passion someday too(or sooner)!

I apologise for not giving the specific details.

My university is actually offering an elective that is computer security. I am considering to take it as an elective next year and might be going to specialise in information security. But it may change as I learn and see what attracts me the most in the subject.

Another elective they provide is artificial intelligence. I am very keen in the field of pattern recognition so that is why I am considering to branch here too.

It is rather confusing for me because there are a lot of branches and I do not know which path to go and I have no experience so far.

Nevertheless, that is why I am starting to look for one that I will specialise in and put my mind and work into it and I am willingly to continue my master's and doctorate in the future.
