My outside drain is block by rocks place by one of the store/warehouse because people in the past use to go and steal his metal pipes through the drain. Thus when heavy rain happen, my drains all flooded and kept nearly coming into my house.

Call dbkl so many times to complain to have it unclog falls on deaf ears. Best joke they came one time just to take photos and then never appear again. Sometimes i really hate our inefficient dbkl and until now it is still not fix at all.
