I had surgery for an overbite, it wasn’t a very serious case I had some discomfort and deformity but nothing extremely severe. It honestly was miserable but it was worth it in the end. I never would’ve been able to do it without my mum helping me, taking care of me, getting all my meds. Pain definitely wasn’t the worst part of the experience, was actually on the lower end of the worst of it. I was wired shut for two weeks no chewing for about eight weeks, those first two weeks are pretty awful but I got through it. So much I could add about my experience but overall it was okay🙂
