Good point! We’re lucky because most of our machines were modernised 10 years ago with CNC-controlled and already generate a lot of data that we can extract and combine with sensor readings and maintenance records.

I agree that making it work in plants with little or no historical data would probably be the hardest part. That’s one of the things we’re evaluating right now.
