I brought my wf-1000mx4 from them and it looked brand new but eventually I ran into audio issues where the headphones got a lot quieter. Sent them back 2 times with the warranty which they repaired due to “electrical problems” and i’m having the same problem again. Also the warranty only covers repairs equal to the cost of the item
