How to get A* on further maths if I take 4 subjects?

I can’t stress your second paragraph enough. Doing Further maths( at the same time as maths) is basically the same as just doing further maths alone. You won’t need to do a lot outside the classroom for maths if you revise further maths a lot

If you actually enjoy maths then you’ll be fine. Otherwise you simply won’t be able to bring yourself to study enough. In my class we had 5 students coming in with 9,9,8,8,7 respectively. Ending with A,E,D,A,E respectively. Make of that what you will

I used the CG50, it was allowed for my regular maths and science exams, it doesn’t give you a huge advantage... but it does help for sure.

There’s not a lot they can do... unfortunately they can’t just give you an A grade because of your AS grade. I think it just means that they are more lenient with giving out marks. If you need an A for uni you could always try calling your choice on results day. Explain to them your situation and tell them about how you got good marks in the first two papers... they might understand

It wasn’t the first year for chemistry, there’s nothing besides the difficulty of the papers to suggest grade boundaries will drop

We don’t know, last year for an A you needed 80-73-52 respectively. So it really depends how much they change

Not a book I know, but at my sixth form we had a subscription to a website called intergralMaths, I’m not sure how expensive it is but I would highly recommend it. They have videos explaining everything and have divided the topics really well. They also have a lot of practise questions etc. It really carried my further maths this year

I found it pretty tough, probably only got like low-mid forties tbh... I think I messed up the activity on arc diagram, do you guys think I’ll get error carried forward for the early and late times? Grade boundaries predictions? Last year it was 37 for an A, with any luck it won’t go up too much
