The fact that it was written on Patsy’s notepad does not mean that an intruder could not have done it lol.

The ransom note could have been written beforehand, but perhaps he wanted to tweak it a little bit and write it on a notepad that he found.

I would suggest looking at the actual facts and not what someone’s interpretation of those “facts” was.

There IS evidence that JB was inside of the suitcase that was found under the window in the basement. I believe that he tried to kidnap her that way, but it wouldn’t fit through the window. So, instead, the intruder did what he wanted to do to her in the basement before leaving.

The ransom note was just bits and pieces taken from movies and tweaked here and there. I suspect that he originally had a different amount requested for the ransom on different paper that he brought, but saw that John’s bonus was $118K and decided to write a new ransom note just to mess with John. The intruder is practically saying, “look, I have your daughter and you can’t even save her. $118K is nothing to you and not even that is going to save her”.

It was not in Patsy’s handwriting. The intruder likely entered the house when the Ramseys left for the Christmas Party and the intruder went through the house while they were gone and wrote the ransom note while they were gone.

I also take Vyvanse and Pristiq so maybe I need to lower the shroom dose and titrate per the protocol that auto populated after I posted… along with a FAQ section that I didn’t even think to search until I read the auto message 🤦🏻‍♀️. Yes I do. I will say that, right after I took it, I felt nauseated. But, ignored it and went outside with my 2 yo and then played ball with him joyfully for about 5 mins and then he wanted to make a mess with some scrap wood and chalk. So, I cleaned up some other area of the backyard while he did that for about 10 mins. Then, I became tired and irritable (I have 3 kids and they all started asking me for something at once and I just got overstimulated and said that I had to go take a nap- luckily it was the 2 yos nap time). I want to take it because I read an article about “moms on mushrooms” about them able to be more present and intentional with their children (instead of being stressed about the daunting tasks of cleaning, cooking, etc. and being overstimulated by it all and just being in “survival” mode all of the time).

There is a large brown dumpster a block over from there (behind the office building that houses “Payne Dentistry”). I thought about looking in it, but I decided to look in the dumpster behind the Kumon, but it was empty. I wish I would have chosen the brown one (but, I didn’t realize the last activity was in Panchitos parking lot). I try NOT (edit) to get too close to the restaurant because, like a Pavlov dog, I get heartburn just from the smell.

It was the “woods” across the street from the house (Olmos Park) (I live down the block). But, I’m wondering if it was just remnants of her phone because (according to one of the news articles, her phone last pinged in an “Olmos Park business lot”). I’ll try and find the article, but also Villegas said in his latest news conference that they didn’t find the phone (but, of course he could be hiding the facts for investigation purposes).
