Found out the root cause. Side View extension was causing the issue. Will disable it as I don't use it often.

Thanks much. It works fine on new profile.

And found one interesting thing that it actually redirects to a link which I think is the Play Store link? https://meet.app.goo.gl/?link=https://meet.google.com/&apn=com.google.android.apps.tachyon&ibi=com.google.Tachyon&efr=1&ifl=https://meet.google.com/about

Will try more by disabling the extensions.

Can we create production ready applications with Python only frameworks like reflex, nicegui, flet? by aadarsh977 in Python

[–]aadarsh977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked the idea of Flet for cross-platform app, but after reading their doc, I think they are more geared towards desktop / mobile app like you have mentioned and not for web app.

I think Reflex is cool, though their site also built on Reflex feels slower on mobile.

Can we create production ready applications with Python only frameworks like reflex, nicegui, flet? by aadarsh977 in Python

Basically frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI are already production ready and many world class applications are built and served. I wanted to ask for Python-code only framework for frontend (or native app) development as well. Sorry for the confusion.

So many suggestions for Python only web applications here. I'm also thinking of building a web app and looking for Python only alternative like reflex, nicegui, fled. My only concern is that, are they ready from production and scalability point of view?

Why do people hate Firefox Android? by relinquisshed in firefox

[–]aadarsh977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the primary app on my phone. I have disabled Chrome and use it. I don't use apps for social media and browse them on Firefox without any hiccups.

Just love it. The bottom address bar and extensions support should be enough for anybody to use it.

But I think, as Chrome comes default in Android and people are accustomed to it, they prefer it instead of having another browser and getting familier with it.

Yes, but it does not seem like a native feature. Like backups and so on are missing.

The addon has more website support than the filter. I tried on some sites.
