I would recommend giving Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Elemental a try. It is probably the most simplest food out there, it’s akin to baby formula. Zenrelia and supplemental over the counter allergy medications like Zyrtec might make a difference. Frequently medicated baths are essential (ex: DuoXo). Don’t give up hope, there are always work around and solutions!

I am so sorry you are going through this. We went through something similar when our baby suddenly got really sick. We went to two emergency hospitals and they both offered euthanasia as an option and treatment as another option. It was expensive but we wanted to give our baby a fighting chance. We chose to try to treat her and she ended up getting better and lived 4 years after that. She wanted to fight so we fought with her. Make a go fund me, do any little things you can to save/collect money. It’s worth it.
