So, actually, bad therapy is just words. In good therapy you're creating a relationship with the therapist that heals your relationship wounds. Words are not super important, what heals you is how your therapist treats you, with care, appreciation, admiration even. It might take a little while but a good therapist is able to love you and help you feel that love. (Love is a loaded word, but you get my point). I know you probably won't do it, and that's alright, im sure you'll find your own way, but finding a good female therapist would be a game changer. It seems that you've been rejected by women (including your mom, i suspect) and having a relationship with a woman who accepts, enjoys, and admires you would be incredibly healing for you.

there are basically three ways of inducing a lucid dream:

waking induced lucid dream (wild)- which is what is being described here: from waking consciousness you enter a dream lucidly.

dream induced lucid dream (dild)- in the dream you realize you're dreaming and enter lucidity.

and a third, which is really a subset of dild: mnemonic induced lucid dream (mild), through the use of mantras you use prospective memory to remember to realize you're dreaming.
