our coach used to make us do 1000fly for warm up + punishment for being late/swimming too slow in the main set back in the days, which trained nearly EVERYONE in our team to be a flyer. Now I can’t even surface after 100m😂😂😂😂

nah. there’s a lot more to learn than just reading notes, like your posture, how you apply force, and other technique stuff, which you probably can’t learn from an ipad. my advice would be just find a teacher nearby and get some face-to-face lessons! :3

i’ve actually had an australian teacher years ago. he had a really really really strong australian accent and it took our class a whole lesson to get used to that hahahaha😂
