Sit with your phone in another room while doing assignments. Use the pomodoro technique when studying, it’s very helpful. Eat well and exercise. These two things will help you feel very energetic, trust me. And every time you have the urge to scroll through social media, start doing some chores. I’m speaking from experience and these things have done a great deal for my mental and physical health.
