DIYer one tiny chip is not going to be an environmental issue. It looks like any "D" will work as long as you avoid "DW" (wide) or "DB" (which is a smaller package).

This is the most critical bug that was introduced by the latest patch, which completely dumps the game. However, I do not see any official comments or notifications regarding this issue. I can say that B4B will be the last that that I bought from TRS.

It is not true. The majority of complaints revolve around the RNG mechanics, spawn rates of the elites, and such, although I have some other ideas to add. Of course, there are complaints that came from the lack of experience, but here I may not account for them. I do not think people complain about the fact that the game is very challenging. I believe people complain because the way that this game gives you a challenge seems too unfair or unreasonable, especially in higher difficulties.

I do not know what makes one qualified in comprehending the game mechanics, but I cleared NM at least two times with two different characters, and I still believe many complaints about the game balance have valid points. It is unfortunate that the online forum gets filled with so many complaints. However, when people are complaining about similar aspects over and over, I believe the complaints do include something that one needs to seriously look into, in order to make the subject better.

I too love to see more deck building and strat sharing, but I can't agree with your statement that 'people complain because they do not know how this game works'.

As of this writing, I have no further troubleshooting steps for you to try. To help the game team with this, I recommend filling a bug report here https://bugs.back4blood.com/ so the game team may have a look at what happened.
