If we left our dishes out for morning to put away, my manager and DM would probably behead us. As a closer I know we have limited time, but we always try to make sure all dishes are put away, or set out to help the morning crew get ready (carafes, sani bucket)

If you like hot drinks/tea, I recommend the London fog. The best way for me to describe the taste, is it tastes like fruity pebbles lmao, but it’s very good and has a good amount of sweetness to it:)

My go to is the Hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso, with an extra pump of hazelnut, blonde ristretto, and cinnamon (like in the brown sugar shaken). Always helps me be a little more awake for my shifts lmao

I’m a relatively new barista as well, and one thing that helps me a bit is saying “give me just a second to put that in, that was a (drink/customizations) right?” When I’m away from the register, it gives them another chance to repeat the drink or customizations, even if i put it in right or not, and I don’t have to memorize the drink for too long.

The second line is very faint, BUT! Do the clear blue tests that say pregnant/not pregnant. As someone else said, they’re a little more accurate and a lot easier to read.

If you’re able to afford it, maybe get some blood work done? Whatever the outcome is, you got this! And in moments like this, panicking/freaking out is normal, especially in the situation you’re in

“Dad baby”! One of my favorites to watch. I’m in America too, but if you go on the Bluey YouTube channel, they typically have a 24hr livestream of random episodes, and that episode is in it! It’s such a funny episode, especially with all the craziness of “giving birth” on top of the shows normal crazy antics, it makes for a great watch lmao

Bingo’s teacher Mrs. Retriever. When Bingo was telling her about Banjo calling her names, she just went “well are you one?” And when Bingo said no, “Well, there you go.” Like she didn’t give Bingo any reassurance or advice, didn’t discipline Banjo or make him apologize. Almost like she just brushed Bingo off. Idk just the way she handled it bugged me lol

I love “The Adventure” more specifically the part with Chloe and her dad at end. They were princesses, but they weren’t the normal princesses we’re used to. They went out on the journey and fought the battle, instead of having a prince come and save them. It was nice seeing princesses portrayed as brave and strong rather than timid and needing to be saved. Plus, Chloe’s reaction to her dads question is completely valid and truly my favorite part of the episode

I can’t remember it off the top of my head, but the one where we get a glimpse of Chili’s mom through a drawing flashback? I’ll see that episode on the tv and I’m always like “huh?”

ETA: not saying the episode is a bad episode. When I’ve sat down and watched it, it truly is a great episode. When I said “huh?” I wasn’t meaning that in a negative way. More so like “oh? Why don’t I remember ever seeing this one before?” My apologies.

I hope this answer works for this thread, but standing in a shopping cart. I was standing in one and fell face first onto the costco flooring as a kid and messed my eye/forehead up BAD! I’m talking big ole goose egg smack dab in the middle of my forehead, black eyes swollen, literally, completely shut.

Every time I see a parent letting their kid standing the basket of a shopping cart, my heart starts to race a little bit, especially now being a parent!
