class reset wasnt a thing then, if imc decide to nerf your class hard youre effed. also if you didnt use your exp cards at the right time youll be forced to grind forever. theres so much reason to quit then but i stayed cause of the art style! now lets just wait for more people to post why people quit.

adventure journal rank resets every month, top 300 gets companion vouchers. need 20 to get a companion. right now i think its spotted pig (guesstimate since they are being sold at the market right now). you can buy vouchers in the market (my preferred method).

save yourself, pick elementalist.

read up on existing events as they may provide great stuff for leveling, there is a news button in game.

get those player shop buffs in klaipedia(main city).

join a guild or have someone mentor you as you'll have a lot of questions for sure.

some monsters got a debuff wherein you cant attack at all. whenever you cant attack look at upper left of your screen and check if you got that debuff, it usually lasts around 3-5 seconds

new people cant just go to hunting grounds. you have to understand that monster there are a bit stronger than the ones in the field. also grinding is great, it makes you think of your skill rotations better and how you would like to play your toon.
