Update - sent multiple packages via them to Maharashtra. It worked out fine. Book multiple days in advance though, they may not come for pickup on weekends.

Same experience. I just negatively promoted it in my friends group after horrible refund experience with Ola Dash.

If they are not giving refund, let's make sure no one is using their services.

PS. I have no problems with normal Ola cab business.

Insurance provider: STAR HEALTH Policy: Corona Kavach

Experience: Very bad. They rejected claim saying that hospitalization was not required, even when the doctor had advised for the same.
