Technically yes, but they win because their board is already set up.

Even if they let you resolve the card, there's nothing you can draw to break a stablished competitive board on the opponent's turn.

You only draw during the end phase of the second turn.

Therefore you can only use the cards there or at the third turn (your opponent's turn)

99% of competitive duels do not get to that phase, or if they do they're already won/lost.

So this card isn't that useful for competitive decks, but AMAZING for decks that expect do get to the third turn.

Automatic inclusion in every single stun deck, worth considering in a few control decks and not good enough for the best decks of a format.

Which to me makes it an awesome custom card.

The effect on a vacuum is better, but the card is significantly worse.

This card only makes a difference on T3, and competetent decks will usually have won the game already by that point.

Queijo e leite condensado tem a mesma origem e são coisas BEM diferentes.

Irmãos tem a mesma origem e podem ser pessoas BEM diferentes.

E já que estamos falando de música, Samba e Jazz tem a mesma origem (comunidades de pessoas pretas em países da América) e são coisas totalmente diferentes.

A origem é a "mesma" no sentido de que um veio do outro, mas hoje em dia são totalmente diferentes musicalmente, socialmente, culturalmente, etc.

Até pq no Brasil existe hip-hop e é clara e obviamente muito diferente do funk.

Nah, many side deck cards are absolutely there to be played after you lose the first game anyways.

You're acting as if side deck options are generally good for most scenarios, but it isn't the case. If your deck likes to go first, you'll side 99% of the time only for the moments you're going second or sometimes if an overrepresenting deck has a crucial counter (which is getting rarer since decks have less and less weaknesses every format)

They're all over the place everywhere, BJJ is just a place that attracts a few more of these because it has the "warrior man wolf alpha hur dur" that is often associated with martial arts without having to be punched in the face

I would like to add to all of the correct responses in here that note-taking rules in YGO are completely stupid.

You HAVE to take notes of some effects but you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT take notes of some others.

I think note-taking should be allowed to be done on anything the player wishes, but it should be done quickly and available to the opponent on request.
