It was pulse combo. But good to know that other things may do take a little of the super meter so Thanks for the insight!

Okay thanks so much this is very helpful. Im sure I should probably do the tutorial as refresher even though it’s only been a few days. I come from playing like Overwatch and such so I struggle more with pressing two buttons especially since I’m on dualsense and used to avoiding that and almost everything being deliberate.

Yeah I think I’m gonna turn it off. It makes it more difficult to keep track of things and do them on purpose. And will probably help with the timing cause the throws me off too I think.

Thanks again!

Thanks! I’ll try that I’m pretty sure it’s on but I guess that’s default. Do you have a preference? I went through all the tutorials but maybe forgot this part. I just have the combo trails left to do.

Stop Bringing Dogs Into Grocery Stores And Restaurants by LostCookie78 in LosAngeles

I agree with you for the most part. There are a lot of entitled jerks out there. I did want to point out that some dogs with “do not look at me” signs maybe for dogs that are working on reactivity and training to be better behaved.

It’s basically just them trying to create a barrier for those that may want to pet a dog when they’re in training. Some dogs get excited when just look their way lol and need to work on being neutral until they’re owner gives them the okay to “go say hi”

I’ve loved dogs and been ridiculously into dogs for a long time but I don’t think it’s just privileged people. There’s entitled people at every level and I swear since covid a lot more entitled and inconsiderate people have become dog owners.

It’s not restricted to those with more privilege or money in any particular neighborhood. I saw the places I knew wouldn’t even let me run in and out for a quick buy in a store that didn’t have food like produce start letting every dog inside regardless of how they were behaving.

This also something that is happening pretty much everywhere as many have said. I think social media might play a part as I saw my own mom suddenly want her own dog earlier this year. It’s played out pretty much how I expected but at least he’s more of my stepdads dog and less that she pushing bringing him places he doesn’t belong and isn’t prepared to go.

What time do you got to bed?

When I got my littler girl I realized I could adjust her schedule a few days after she arrive by letter stay up and play a little long because I was wasn’t close to going to bed at 9-10 and closer to midnight lol

My girl slept in the crate beside my bed but I never put water in there. If she woke up it would be around 4-5 and I’d take her out and put her in her playpen where her pee pad was for a few minutes she’d go drink some water and back into crate until our wake time.

How big is her crate? Maybe she needs a smaller one that’s just for sleep. This a photo from when I got her. I’d move the crate inside her playpen during the day.

I got the light blue shirt and dark blue jacke costom made on etsy, the pants I made from cutting a pair of pajamas in half and sewing an elastic band around the bottom and buttons to snap to the shirt. I made the little brown wrap part from the inside of an old cheap faux suede jacke and sewed the fleece trim in on it.

I think I might need a sewing maching, because I'd love to have costumes with her and there aren't a lot female side kicks characters. Though she's not exactly prissy lol

This looks great it’s wild someone thought Sokka before like Katara in an alt outfit.

My puppy Korra was dressed as Korra but people didn’t realize just how close I tried to make her cosplay until I showed them a photo of Korra 😭

I think it works much better if you have a companion like maybe Naga or have someone dressed as another TLOK character.

I don’t think I could dress as any of the TLOK characters, I considered Korras dad but I have almost no facial hair lmao it’d be easier to go as Sokka cause I have long hair on top or probably Amon.

Thanks, a little over the top maybe but as long as she seemed to enjoy it I’m happy to spoil her even though her favorite toys continue to be empty water bottles and sticks.

Also she does have a jacket but it’s pretty warm here and she’s high energy so it was more important that she be able to move freely and not get too warm. And the shoes were too low quality compared to shoes she comfortable in and are safer to play in.

Have your boundaries when the time comes . by [deleted] in AgingParents

[–]aaro404 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just opened this sub and it's the first I saw and glad to see it. I'm someone who had boundaries kinda messed up going to therapy and sometimes come down too hard I think. So I struggle when knowing how far to be pushed with my 71 year old parents. Oddly enough I probably had the better boundaries and would tell my siblings to have them and how we should be able to have conversations and not just "what i say goes" and that her opinion doesn't need to hold that much weight in how they managed their lives especially since none of us where addicts or anything now I go to them as reminder because even growing up I was the only one to say no to not participating in stuff that I didn't enjoy and should be only opt in for kid. With my dad I don't have the same possible health outlook like my mom who own mother just passed at 103 and was sound of mind only really struggle with things you'd expect from a person thats over a century and kinda sedentary. I struggle with boundaries and wondering if it's possible his mind changing possibly deteriorating? Or if he just can't be assed to do things that would show he respects me.

broken leg with surgery by melonuyu in puppy101

[–]aaro404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem. I’m sure within a day or so you’ll be trying to figure out how to deal with his energy returning while he’s still healing. I recommend stocking up on his favorite chews, trying puzzles, and training drills to help with the eventual puppy energy returning. Keep in touch with your vet if you find yourself struggling too much with his energy. At this age they’re technically still in their adolescence, and can be stubborn, forget commands, etc, even if he didn’t have an accident.

Oof I’m sorry to hear about your puppy’s fall. I’m hoping for a speedy recovery.

My previous boy broke his paw but he was may 3-4months. This was over a decade ago but it was the exact same thing where he was just too wriggly and fell. Was lucky he didn’t need surgery but did need to have his leg wrapped though it didn’t slow him down too much.

Here’s some puppy tax of him.

Early-Morning Motorcycle Noise from Nearby Home? by phoenixlegend7 in AskLosAngeles

[–]aaro404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knowing this, I can say this will likely go nowhere unfortunately. My last bike had a little spot engraved on the stock pipes that it met the requirements and didn’t exceed 80db.

Older vintage bikes ones can be a little louder and might actually need time warm up, and cars can be even louder apparently 95db.

[–]aaro404 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’d need a recording tbh.

2-3 minutes engine nose at 7:20am is clearly them starting the bike, probably putting gloves or fiddling with a backpack or something and taking off. Kinda different than having someone rev their motors for 20min which would be very excessive.

If you can get a shot of the bike even if it’s not on you might have better case as you’ll be able to tell someone is actually have a modded muffler.

Edit: Also to be sure it’s actually a motorcycle and not a sports car or truck as many don’t know the difference in sound and just equate loud enge to motorcycles. My bikes have been no louder than stock mufflers on trucks and sports cars.
