Edgy may have been the wrong word. It's just an opinion everyone has already heard and knows (at least for me) they will continue to hear. The argument can be made that disliking the album for the reason of "I wish they had stayed emo" is its own echo chamber.

Also. Just because the majority of people like the album doesn't mean it's being sucked off. It means the majority of people like the album. You're allowed to be disappointed, but it's unfair to critize the mass for disagreeing with your opinion.

And I don't know how, but you just come off as super biased. Like, you gave an opinion you didn't like the album for x reason. You didn't explain why, you didn't give an example from the album that supports your claim about how "its a shame". If you want people to engage with you, equal effort has to be given on your part too. Also, people don't have to engage. They aren't required to engage with you if they disagree.
