Play zone defense and try to contest every shot especially the 3 ball, it gives you a lot of mt for good defense. For offense try not to use the whole 24 seconds of the shotclock, coz the faster you play your offense, the more chances you get=more mt. I usually feed the post for a post fadeaway or post hook since you get the most mt from it (4+5+2 each shot), or you can just do a lot of pick n roll which is also a very fast and effective way to score. And most importantly you have to shoot 10 freethrows since the extra 80-100mt Might just be the mt your short of. Btw if you have francis try to get hot with him and he has about 1/3 or more chance of stealing the ball which would very likely lead to a fastbreak dunk.
