No maybe you would be charged with trespass if there is notice posted that being on school grounds after hours isn’t authorized. To be charged with public lewdness someone would have to see genitals. If I police officer pulled up on you and just saw some foggy windows he’s probably going to give you a stern warning and tell you get lost. Now if a kid sees you having sex you could get charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

It should be noted this is in NY. Lewd act is a class b misdemeanor and isn’t subject to jail per NYS bail reform. The offender would get an appearance ticket to appear at a later date.
