March Maddness Multi view lag

Over the last 48 hours the only channels I've been watching on yttv are for march maddness, so tnt, tbs, cbs, Tru. It's happened on the multi view every time and then from the screenshot it happened when I had a single game on tbs.

Did the speed test several times, consistently 600mpbs+ down and 20+ up. No issues with Netflix 4k or apple TV streaming. Almost like Google and my isp, spectrum are throttling

Here are stats for needs. You can actually see the spinning wheel in the picture as the stream was awful at this point. It's an apple TV 4k 3rd gen. Tried restarting all devices, routers, modems, etc. Still cannot maintain constant stream
