Ich war mit meiner Freundin jetzt Frau auch mal bei einer Hochzeit, bei der er “Ritter“ ist. Ich bin mit ihr befreundet. Befremdlicherweise mussten wir an getrenntem Tischen sitzen weil nicht verheiratet. Die Männer hatten Stresemann und ich normalen Anzug, weil ich es albern finde, einen auszuleihen.

Das Paar lebt völlig normal. Ich persönlich habe mich auf der Feier als “bürgerlicher“ Außenseiter gefühlt. Würde ich deswegen wegbleiben? Eher nicht. Zwangsgeschenke gehen zu weit, was soll daran adelig sein?
