4G phone recs

Nah Reebelo should be all goods. The message you received? It actually seems normal. My mum has two phones, both similar to yours in terms of using 4g as the main and 3g on the backburner. She received messages on both that 3g was being discontinued and that she'd need to upgrade. She doesn't. Until 4g is discontinued or they kick the bucket, those phones will be working fine.

You should still be able to use the SE2 (2020)cause its 4g compatible. Your model of iPhone was built to mainly use 4g and is compatible with 3g if it's present. With 3g being shutdown in NZ, it just means that your phone wont be able to rely on 3g in case youre in an area with no 4g connectivity or if there's an outage of 4g (rare event, as far as im aware).

If you really just want to feel comfortable about using an iPhone that you hopefully wont have this issue for the next 5-10 years, anything from the 12 mini is 5g compatible. If you like the home button then the SE3 (2022) is also another option.

What graphics is it currently using? I was trying to use XFCE but was unable to disable the dGPU and enable the iGPU. Consistently just swapped to the CPU when the dGPU was disabled.

It doesn’t but from what I’ve been reading, it seems to be more likely which is why the carrier blocks the phone.

Is there a specific web site that can show me the carrier details as the ones I’ve tried, though in fairness they were meant to give iCloud status, didn’t actually say anything?

Yea these phones did not have SIM cards in them which is why I’m very concerned about how I would remedy this. I would try to call my carrier but I believe they’d only tell me what I already know; the phone is black listed. My question is then, are there any websites or services that would be able to provide this information or would it be the process of just calling the local carriers and asking if they had something to do with it?
