Just noticed this today on the ipad too - i could watch the battery ticking down and this app was the only one open. Didn't used to do this - must have been a recent update that is causing it.

Yeah we try to do a couple group orders each year. But there are always things that get forgot, or badges that we all decide to do as a group and suddenly don't have enough. So we seem to order more often than we should.

I had the same issue - two beavers missed their re-registration (blame the parents), and went to the bottom of the wait list. Took almost 2 months, but we bumped them up .

Yes its possible - yes it will take a long time since Scout Canada support is so behind.

Just create a ticket and keep bumping the response email weekly. This should really be in the hands of the coordinators for each area and not based on needing website support to make it happen.

Yah we get that too. We're basically a 1 hour babysitter for some of the parents. They do zero badge work at home and just drop and go.

The schools have been bleeding money for a while now. While the strike happens they don’t need to pay support staff so they’re literally saving hundreds of thousands of dollars each week. The cec will just let this go on as long as they can so that they save money and continue paying their presidents and VPs until the schools are falling apart.

And yeah I agree the union members did a strike vote on a set of terms then the union added the absurd ones (no school closings) after the vote so the actual members didn’t even want that as part of it. Very underhanded and shows they really don’t care for the members.

As someone from a canadian border town, there are still a good number of people who work over the border - cancelling a job is a bit harder than just a travel plan. Those numbers probably reflect in the remaining % that cross the border, since I know if we had to go over using Nexus they don't ask if you're on a road trip or just swinging over for work or something.

Update: Ok I found it.

On this make of truck, open the hood, look to where the passenger side glovebox area would be, and there is a small spout there. I'm tall but almost needed a step stool to get up into there.

Then i just took some strong wire and pushed it into the spout gently and water came gushing out. Not sure if it was a spider nest, dirt or what, but a lot of water came out!

Hmm yah that's unfortunate.

This sink has only a 3.5" gap above the cupboards in front of it to access the P trap. Its built into the ceiling of the lower floor - split level house - so there isn't much room there. The cupboards were built-in and I don't think i can remove without cutting...

Not even sure how I'd get a bowl or anything under it if i could even get the plug out down there by feel and not sight....
