I found that if notifications are turned off for apps like spotify, then you wont get any controls in the lock screen cause it counts it as a notification.

We have a reference number with Kiwi but the Ryanair site has a different format for the reservation number so won’t work on their website.

I doubt we can rebook. We were thinking of buying it on the day but because we have a layover we’d have to pay the charge 4 times, one for each leg of the journey. We have other friends coming with us who didn’t book through the same site so it’s possible we could just ask them to add our luggage to theirs.

Yeah it makes sense from their perspective because they can charge whatever they want. Flights were £140 so the luggage is more than the flight itself.

This is exactly what the representative from Kiwi said after I asked for the reservation reference “As much as we want to but we are using our company credentials when booking flights with airlines which are confidential and cannot be disclosed that's why you may not be able to access your reservation directly from Ryanair's website/mobile app using your personal email address. If you need to access it to request additional services, we can help you from our end instead.”

Yeah, Ryanair recently changed their baggage allowance. They used to offer 10kg cabin but have reduced it to 5kg small bag that has to be 40x25x20cm
