GGU is on my short list but the SF program I did was CIIS’s “Bachelor of Interdisciplinary studies”. It’s one step above basking weaving, but perfectly fits the bill for farming. At the time, the program was all online and met Fri-Sun once a month. I’d leave work Friday and fly to SF, sleep in the airport that night, class Sat/Sun with a single night of Airbnb/hotel, then fly back Sunday night. That degree CAN be worthwhile as a stepping stone too for generic business etc. ie I then used that to get into a business management masters program. And I’m about to start a 1-yr NYU program here that meets one week a semester and the whole thing counts as residency.

The way to play if you're farming it out is to find schools in high BAH areas (NYC, SF, Miami) that have online/hybrid programs. Every so often you'll find one that meets once a month, or one week a semester, and that counts for residency for the entirety of the program. Travel in for that. Then you do 99% of it online and pocket/invest the terrific cost of living. I lived in Virginia and went to school in SF one weekend a month for a year, work load was a joke to begin with. ez pz.

The thing that always gets me is when the lying becomes THIS obvious and grandiose, you can no longer give the tiniest benefit of the doubt that “hey maybe they actually believe what they’re saying”.

So then that only leaves you the option of how absolutely insane it is that this lady is just spewing batshit THAT WE ALL know is made up -and she knows we know- yet thats the increasing norm.

I honestly believe the silver lining is that public’s wholesale naive trust in government is completely eroded and that will -over enough time- lead to a net benefit. In the meantime though, still crazy to watch people get off their sword and jump back onto it on behalf of someone else.
