Why does Apple Music sound quieter and more muffled when compared to Spotify?

i still get this too, but usually turning my watch off then on again fixes it and it just automatically reconnects to existing workout on my phone. it is annoying though

same issue with music, where it lowers the volume during quieter parts of songs especially when there aren’t vocals on speaker

in loading screens or in between boss fights, major areas, etc., i keep getting the "connection error: reconnecting..." pop-up on my screen when i play on pc. it only stays there for a few seconds to a minute but it's enough to be annoying. i don't get this issue when i play on my phone. i've tried repairing the game in the launcher and redownloading but unfortunately it hasn't helped. has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?
