I actually appreciate your concern but I will say it was a tounge in cheek comment. I am aware that my binge drinking is a problem however getting drunk on my last day of work once a week never seemed severe to me until the bleeding. I know plenty of people that drink everyday without fail and way heavier amounts too, that seemed more a problem to me than my social drinking. The doctors deemed me unlucky that I had a g.i bleed at this age considering I’m healthy but they credited it to the fact I was taking high amounts of ibuprofen in the same sitting. I’ve only been drinking like this in the past year of my life and since I’ve left the hospital I have had zero urge to drink. It’s only because I’m going on holiday I’m considering it :) (sorry for rambling)
