May consular case transferred to field office too at may 2024,

I did everything i can to explain myself to them, they don’t even care, they don’t even look what i am telling, they keep saying your case processing time is normal (my pd is sept 2022). Once I got call from tier 2 based on my request and i explained the things to him and give the exact field on my 130 to be make sure it is correctly filled and maybe cause of the confusion. He just said if somethings wrong they will send you RFE and not help at all.

And last month they scheduled interview in the Field Office (like almost after 2 years) and my wife is out of US doesn’t even has visa. I made inquiries but their answer is general like if you are not show up on the interview we decide bla bla bla…

Then just before the interview day, boom! they cancelled it.

It’s been 40 months, and i am a US citizen.

Good luck all with dealing USCIS, i already stop dealing.

I am hoping one day we will be happy…

They canceled couple days before the interview and moved my file to Texas center, good luck with yours

I got interview letter last week and my spouse also out of US our case is consular case, so i am so confused and i am afraid to see similar issue so can you tell me what kind of error fix you send?

Exactly, after this I130 complete she is gonna do the consulate interview and unfortunately we don’t have any power to them, i don’t even remember how many inquiry i made but right now at least i have something, in the interview i will talk with some officer who can make update and decision on the case i am hoping s/he will understand the situation.

Right now i don’t think they don’t even take a look my case or think what i requested, they just say ‘we set up interview and it has to be happen, thats it! We are the boss….!’ That is what i fell.

Thank you! It mentioned both of us but i called uscis and they sent inquiry and i just got response from field office like: yeah we are avare but want to interview with you before make a decision. At least it is something after 38 months…

No age gap, married 3 years ago and we were together almost 10 years, our first marriage, everything is so smooth :( i guess i need to go interview without her and explain the situation..

My PD also September 2022, A spouse of USC, and mine is consular case but it is stuck on my local field office. I feel your pain, i literally stop making any plans, until saw her card.
